Steadfast Anchor Coffee Co. was born out of a legacy of strength, love, and unwavering hope through life's heaviest storms. My daddy served proudly in the U.S. Coast Guard, spending his life navigating deep waters. When he passed away, I etched his memory onto my skin with an anchor tattoo, alongside a Bible verse that has become the ultimate anchor for my own soul:
Hebrews 6:19 "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and Steadfast."
Today, that anchor carries more meaning than ever. Right now, our family is navigating a different kind of storm as my beautiful mom battles dementia. My parents always reminded us of the strength of our bond: they had three daughters and affectionately called us "Three's a Charm." (Yes, I have that tattoo, too!). Watching my mom fight this disease alongside my sisters has proven to me that even when circumstances shift and memories fade, a family anchored in love and faith remains entirely unmovable.
This company is lovingly dedicated to my dad, who showed us how to navigate the deepest waters, and my sweet mom, who teaches us the meaning of a steadfast spirit every single day. And to my sisters - we will always be "Three's A Charm."
